AMJ Blog
I have been writing a blog for some time. I use it to share my experiences and views on mental health – I had a breakdown in 2014/15 and live with depression and anxiety – and work life balance. I am passionate about working on my wellbeing and helping others to achieve and maintain the right work life balance and wellbeing approaches for them. My blog – along with my Twitter feed – comes with one health warning – if you read it you may have to hear about some of my other passions – my family, golf, Liverpool FC, communications, the Boston Red Sox, politics and the West Wing.
The phone doesn't ring now and the silence is golden
It was grand when it left here
My general election; a constituency of one
My friends in the Lexington North
Put the kettle on, John
I am a writer
Getting match fit for golf; with the help of mindfulness
Trump; remind you of your boss?
Customer service; traditional values in a modern setting
It all comes flooding back
Keeping it real; the Mays show us the way
Indoctrination on track
Shifting gears and balancing plates; it’s keep fit for writers
Getting the balance right is a team effort
A good walk spoiled? Never.
Back to where it all started
May the fourth be with you as I start my daily blogging
Next week I enter my 40th year; a year in which I will blog every day
The General Election; Tories’ communication strategy is to say as little as possible
